A son of the deceased Oba Okunade Sijuwade, Adegbite Sijuwade, will today in Lagos, marry his fiancée, Dolapo Oni, daughter of former boss of National Emergency Management Authority(NEMA), Mrs. Remi Olowu, despite the fact that his family just suffered bereavement.
Last Week Tuesday, the Sijuwade patriarch, Oba Okunade died in a London hospital and his remains was sneaked into Ife during the week.
Adegbite had on Saturday on his instagram page shared a photograph of himself and Dolapo, and wrote, “Sunday August 2nd.”
His post laid to rest speculation that the wedding would be postponed due to Ooni’s death.
Dolapo is a TV personality and hosts The ‘Marcy Project’ show. She has been dating Adegbite for about four years, and they had their engagement last year. The white wedding will take place in London come this October.
