LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR STUDENTS WHO DID NOT PAY 2014/2015 SESSION

The University Management has noted that some students did not pay school fees for the 2014/2015 session at the expiration of the deadline.         It has therefore decided to grant Leave of absence to the affected students for the session.                    In view of the above, I write to inform the affected students  to apply for Leave of absence for the 2014/2015 Academic Session. The application should be addressed to the Registrar through the Heads of Department, the Dean and the Provost of the College.
You will be expected to resume your studies in 2015/2016 Academic Session, subject to fulfilling all other future requests of the University Management.
Your application is requested to be submitted to the Provost’s office on or before Thursday 9th July, 2015 for necessary actions.
